Bobcats Invite Fans and Community to Celebrate 2010 Home Opener
Tipoff Party will include live music, ticket giveaways and special appearances

Charlotte, NC (October 22, 2010) – Just hours prior to hosting its home opener of the 2010-2011 season, the Charlotte Bobcats are inviting the entire community to join them for a special Season Tipoff Party at EpiCentre on Friday, October 29 at 4:30 p.m.

The Tipoff Party will feature live music from Black & Blue plus appearances by Rufus, the Bobcats’ Entertainment Team and the NBA’s Most Popular Dance Team – the Lady Cats. Free prizes will be given away throughout the event, including t-shirts and tickets to the Bobcats home opener later that evening. The festivities culminate across the street at Time Warner Cable Arena as the Bobcats host the Indiana Pacers at 7 p.m.
