- First 15 minutes are free, then it is $6 per 30 minutes (Minutes 15-30=$6, + $6 for each 30 minutes thereafter). $30 maximum charge for up to 24 hours of parking.
- Early Bird Rate: $17 in before 8:30am out before 6pm
- Garage entrances are located on both 4th Street and Trade Street.
